I’ve decided that if I can just get through this week, without screwing up, that it’ll just keep getting easier. If I can get through this week, I’ll have enough motivation to get me through next week. So today is day one. So far I’ve done fine. For breakfast I ate half of a large blueberry muffin (estimating 250 calories). For lunch I had school lunch: garlic cheese bread with a ‘salad’, French dressing, and grapes. (estimating 400ish calories)
So far so good. I ran yesterday, but I ate so much out of moderation , and so much crap, that I kinda canceled it out. I guess it was a ‘farewell-to-overeating’ meal of sorts.
My run yesterday was actually good, but I forgot to turn on my GPS tracker…. But I know that I did over 2 miles! :D
30-ish minutes- C25K
45 minutes to 1 hour - Strength Training
30-45 minutes- Dance Central 2
It’s been forever since I’ve posted, and I’m pretty sure that I’ve gained weight. The last couple of weeks were kind of hectic when it came to school, so I kind of forgot about this and went back to the way I was before >.<
Major suckage. Anyway, I’m back now, and I will be posting regularly and exercising regularly from now on. I’m going to skip tomorrow’s weigh-in, and just wait until next Saturday to do so, and then I’ll be weighing myself weekly, again, from there on out. I’m also going to start counting my calories again tomorrow. I already fucked up a lot today, so it’s kind of pointless to count them today. I also need to figure out a way to keep myself motivated, when I’m unable to post or be on tumblr. Any ideas?
Woot! First official weigh in!
Anywho~ I wasn’t expecting much from my weigh in, seeing as I only exercised twice this week. I’ve been sick the majority of this week :/ But I’m feeling a gajillion times better now, so I’m going to run in an hour!
Now, the moment we have all been “weighting” for (okay… I’ll stop being punny, now):

I was shocked when I stepped on the scale, and thought that it must be wrong. So I spent fifteen minutes trying to ‘fix’ it, and the result came up as 196.8 like 10 times in a row!
I weighed myself yesterday morning, and then again this morning. There was a -0.4lb difference! I am all for that; but it’s weird because I over-ate like crazy yesterday and didn’t run. Normally, when I eat within my set calorie intake and exercise, I usually only lose 0.2lbs per day, or at least that’s been my rate so far. So when I looked on the scale this morning, I was like “What?! This has got to be wrong” …but it wasn’t. Why do you think that this happened? I mean, I did eat tons of fiber and stuff yesterday (like a lot), but I haven’t gone number 2 yet… What do you think?
…Because even after taking the ibuprofen, I still feel like shit. :( I’m betting that it’s the pressure change and wisconsin’s bipolar weather that’s making me feel like this.
So I guess that I’m taking today as my off-day, running tomorrow, and doing my strength training on Friday (my scheduled off-day).
So I stayed home sick today :( I feel really crappy :/ I have a bad headache and my eyes burn and I’m craving ice cream :( but I know that the only reason why I want it is because I have a headache. Uhg.
Anyway: I’m still going to run tonight, but I’m going to pop an ibuprofen a half hour or so before, so hopefully this headache will go away for that.
Yes I feel bad, but I haven’t set a routine for myself yet, and I don’t know how to do the majority of the exercises that I want to, without a machine.
So tomorrow, before I run, as soon as I get home: im going to look up how exactly to do those workouts, then I’m going to make a workout routine for my strength training, and then my life will be grand. :D
